Amokabel acquires majority stake in IAC Cable Spain, strengthening its European market position
Amokabel proudly announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Innovaciones del Cable (IAC) Spain. This strategic investment reinforces Amokabel presence in the European cable market and expands its portfolio of specialized low-voltage cable solutions.
Founded in 1993, IAC Spain has built a strong reputation for designing and manufacturing high-quality power, control, and instrumentation cables. With production facilities in Vallbona and Calanda, IAC has served diverse industrial sectors with a commitment to quality and innovation. The acquisition aligns with Amokabels growth strategy, bringing together two companies that share a vision for sustainable and efficient cable manufacturing.
