TEXILine Heli Twist Al EMC
The DNV-approved TEXILine Heli Twist Al EMC 1kV power cable is a durable and cost-effective solution for fixed installations both indoors and outdoors, specifically engineered for the demanding conditions of marine and offshore environments where EMC protection is essential.
It features XLPE insulation and flexible aluminium conductors in accordance with IEC 60228 class 5, ensuring easy handling, quick installation, and secure connections. Each of the three single-core cables is equipped with a braided copper screen and an outer sheath before being helically twisted together. This design ensures efficient heat transfer and higher current-carrying capacity per conductor, while the copper screen provides reliable EMC protection against electromagnetic interference.
Combining lightweight construction, ease of installation, and high reliability, the TEXILine Heli Twist Al EMC is perfectly suited for narrow spaces and the most challenging operating conditions at sea and offshore.
