amo power produce covered conductors, bare conductors and a number of other products from 0,4 to 400kV In 1998 we developed the recyclable covered conductor, CCST. The triple extruded thermoplastic product with semi-conductive screen, LLDPE insulation and UV and track resistant HDPE-jacket , replaced the dated single layer XLPE conductor. We have also developed double insulated ABC (ABC-D) We produce bare overhead conductors for regional and transmission grids. Other products are copper conductors and numerous of cables for earthing and termination.
Our broad experience and technical expertise together state of the art production of covered conductors has enabled us to become an international distributor of covered conductor systems. All projects are tailored to customer requirements, with special attention to ambient conditions. Our covered conductors can be found in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. Via Achilles, we are qualified by both SELLIHCA & TransQ as an approved supplier to the Nordic Region’s energy and transport sectors.
