You will step into a role supported by strong expertise, where we place great emphasis on sharing knowledge and creating excellent conditions for your development and future within the company.

Your Role

As a technician with us, you will become a specialist in extrusion and plastic processes. You will work closely with production to optimize process parameters, develop new working methods, and contribute to product development projects where material selection and plastic properties are in focus. This role is ideal if you enjoy combining technology with problem-solving—you will optimize process parameters for plastic extrusion and contribute to developing our production processes. You will also document and follow up on technical issues and solutions to create long-term improvements.

Additionally, you will be an important knowledge resource within the organization by participating in installations, changeovers, and calibration of equipment, as well as training and supporting operators in technical routines and process knowledge.

  • Are curious about material properties and want to deepen your knowledge of plastics and extrusion

  • Have experience in process engineering, optimization, or production—preferably within plastics

  • Have an analytical and creative mindset, with the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions

  • Thrive in a role that combines hands-on work with long-term development
