A central part of my job is understanding my customers’ businesses and needs, while building strong relationships with both customers and other partners who contribute to sales. I do this through continuous dialogue with these companies. It can involve launching a new product that requires extensive testing because it must meet strict standards. In those situations, it can be a bit frustrating that projects sometimes take a long time before they are completed.”What is the best part about your job?“The freedom under responsibility, combined with meeting new people and exploring new markets and their opportunities.
